So, it’s now the end of October and we are well into fall so it felt like a good time for an update. I’m grateful to say that the end of the summer into autumn has been full of work, meeting new people, and finding my footing in the industry. I’m stoked to announce that, at least through February, I’ll be splitting my time between interning in the Marketing/Publicity department at Magnolia Pictures and working as a writing/advertising/web design swiss army knife (as my boss calls it) at the digital marketing company Digitalimit.
As a Squarespace Circle member, Magan will now be able to offer 20% off the first year of Website or Online Store annual plans for all new Squarespace members! This membership comes with comprehensive customer care and technical support from SQSP as well as other benefits and perks that will help me continue to create responsive and dynamic designs for creatives, artists, and professionals.
Are you launching a webseries? Are you ready to take your brand to the next level but don't know where to start? Magan is now offering marketing and webseries consultations. She offers purposefully affordable prices, student and financial hardship discounts, and all the tips & tricks you need to premiere at a festival.
Hi, hello. I’m Magan, and I haven’t contributed to Read Me before. What I have done is think every month that I’m going to contribute, and then I go into some kind of black out state and wake up a month later having missed my chance. But here I am. I’m currently in the past (November 18th to be exact… three days past my extended deadline wow), and in the past we are still reeling from what happened 10 days ago. I’m sure you remember. I’m sure it’s still on the forefront of your mind, regardless of if there are pieces in this magazine that are addressing the social, political, and emotional fallout of the election.
